Fill in the template with your business’ information. Employees enter the CAS #, UN #, or chemical name. The DOT’s Hazardous Materials Shipping Paper table, the middle and Reportable Quantity columns are filled in. As many chemicals as you need to document can be filled in. Add your container and weight information and your Shipping Paper is ready to print.

But that’s not all, your packaging information and required placards are also included on the page after the Shipping Paper so all required information is available for fast, compliant, shipping practices.

This app replaces time intensive shuffling back and forth in the DOTs Emergency Response Guidebook with efficient, fast, and easy access to required information.  Creation of compliant Hazardous Materials Shipping Papers need never slow down your Shipping Department again!

Each Hazardous Material shipped is required to have a Safety Data Sheet.  Each SDS has the Chemical Abstract System # (CAS#) in Section 3.  The User simply types in the CAS# and the Shipping Paper central information is filled in.  In addition to the Shipping Paper additional pages are added that include the specific Packaging Code requirements for each chemical in the product and shipment as well as the placard requirements.

The app includes access to an Excel workbook with information on Packing Group definitions, Compatibility, Hazard Classes, when Security is required, and more.
